What is test week ?

If we do work in a normal routine we waste alot of time just for relaxing and in that time we use to watch T.V, play games and hang out with friends…

So I thought to start a test week to test that if we didn’t waste time on relaxing and all that stuff and just concentrate on work for a whole week then how much work we can finish in a week.
